The company's tool holders are divided into single tool holders, multi-tool holder combination series, which can be freely matched with electromagnetic pens, red light holders, or pneumatic punching. You can choose the configuration you want according to your needs, and you can customize it according to your requirements. The tool holder adopts a screw/cross guide rail to drive up and down, with high accuracy and long life. The width of the tool holder and the height of the motor are optimized. The structure is compact and stable. Specially designed pneumatic punching can be added and the rotating motor can be shared to save costs.

Tool holder function:

A. Control the vertical movement of the cutter head up and down, with a maximum range of 50-80mm (two models).

B. Control the installed cutter head to rotate 360 degrees without dead angle (continuous).

Note: Two sets of 100W/200W servo motors are required (most brands on the market are matched). By default, the tool holders sold by the company do not contain a servo motor, which requires additional configuration. The gun head does not contain a blade, and you need to purchase it separately. Please be aware.
